Reservations Policies:

• All rates are based on double occupancy. There will be an extra charge of $20.00 per person per night for extra people (up to 4 people max. in permitted units).
• Weekends and holidays - minimum stay requirement may apply
• A 50% advanced deposit of the total balance is required. All deposits must be received within 10 days after initial booking, after that period of time if we have not received the 50% deposit check, the reservation may be canceled without notice. We recommend to check the status of the reservation if you have not received the confirmation either by regular mail or e-mail after sending the deposit.
• Only cash, personal and traveler's checks can be used for the payment of the deposit. The balance due is payable upon arrival by cash, traveler's check, money order, Visa or Mastercard only.
• We do not guarantee room numbers, we will do our best effort to accommodate you at the check in date.
• Oceanfront resort - all rooms have ceiling fans. We do not have air conditioning.
• Three night minimum reservation required for Memorial Day weekend at high season rate. Seven night reservation required
• As a courtesy service to our guests, complimentary Wi-Fi is available. We do not guarantee successful connections to the guest network.
• Pets are NOT permitted on the property under any circumstances. Pets brought to any of the hotel properties without the knowledge of the hotel management can result in immediate eviction with forfeiture of remaining paid stay.
• Check in time is after 2:30 pm and check out time is 11:00 am. Checking-out past 11:00am will be charged as one night stay rate and immediate eviction from the room.
• In order to offer to our guests a pleasant stay, smoking in any of the units is forbidden. Smoking in the rooms will be penalized with $200.00 extra to the reservation during the stay or at the check out.
• Bicycle are not permitted inside rooms or deck. A bicycle rack on the parking lot is provided for your convenience, make sure you bring your own lock.
• Due to our small facilities and parking lot area, all our guests are permitted only with (2) two visitors with (1) one car per day and MUST be registered at the front desk.

Cancellation Policy: All reservations are subject to confirmation and once confirmed shall constitute a commitment for the full reservation period. This is binding on both guest and management. A 50% of the total balance by check or money order is required with all reservations and the balance is payable upon arrival. Deposits are NOT refundable as they are security against vacancies caused by cancellations or date changes.

Cancellations within 7 days of scheduled arrival (including no-shows) are obligated for the entire amount of the reservation. -No refunds due to early departure, inclement weather, or any personal emergency. -Prices and policies are subject to change without any notice.
